As a CO, you already manage a lot — classes, mobilisation, fundraising, and school connects.
The Coach & Watch project is helping volunteers and fellows with coaching, but it will take some time to fully roll out.
The Leadership Program is a 4-week learning experience that gives your strong volunteers and fellows extra support and guidance.
Your role is to spot who’s ready to grow and nominate them for this program.
This will help you:
Give your volunteers a chance to grow their leadership skills
🔴 Important: These are the non-negotiables that must be upheld for the project to succeed.
Non-negotiable 1: Fill and submit the Leadership Program Nomination Form for your selected volunteers or fellows.
Non-negotiable 2: All nominations must be submitted by 23rd November so they can join the next batch.
The Scoring Sheet and Tracker are optional tools to help you stay organised — use them only if they make your work easier.
