Empower every youth transitioning out of CCI with weekly mentoring and SSG support, guiding them to achieve empowerment line (₹35,000/month) and break the cycle of poverty by age 30.
🔴 Important: These are the non-negotiables that must be upheld for the project to succeed.
Non-negotiable 1: 100% SSGs in the chapter meet every month. Conduct Aftercare circle before every SSG meeting
Non-negotiable 2: All sessions & SSG data are marked on shared tracker
Non-negotiable 3: A volunteer, not a fellow, must serve as the captain or vice captain of this project.
Non-Negotiable 4: Wingmen sync-ups with the youth at least once a week
All scholarship agreements are signed and documented
Identify and share the google form with youth in the city receiving financial support from MAD. Type: Housing and Food stipend, Monthly Stipend, or Educational scholarship
Explain youth on how to fill the scholarship agreement form
Get scholarship agreement form filled and signed by the youth
Review agreements for accuracy and completeness
Watch this video & Update this tracker with the status of each scholarship agreement (signed, pending, etc.).
Follow up on any outstanding agreements.
Regular weekly sync-ups were held between wingmen and youth and documented
Ensure all members attend/ participate in the meeting and facilitate discussions
Record the tasks and action items coming out of the SSG meeting as contribution to SSG and assign the tasks to relevant stakeholder (Youth/volunteer/fellow)
Budget requests are raised at least 7 days prior to requirement
All bills are cleared within 14 days of money transfers
Collect all pending bills for Aftercare program that have been outstanding for more than 30 days
Record youth and volunteer attendance for each meeting.
Collect feedback for the SSG from all the participants for each SSG
Review progress on action items in the following meeting.
