The Year End Celebrations (YEC) are a moment to celebrate the culmination of the academic year by creating an engaging and reflective experience for children and volunteers, fostering a sense of achievement, community, and renewed commitment to Make A Difference’s mission, while inspiring volunteers to continue their journey (retention) and expand the movement (referral).
🔴 Important: These are the non-negotiables that must be upheld for the project to succeed.
Non-negotiable 1: Attendance for the Event has to be tracked on the Platform
Non-negotiable 2: The event has to be closed by April Week 3If I follow these steps, I get the final product.

2. Create the Event page on the Platform and rollout RSVP form by T-10.
