Fellow Onboarding at MAD is a crucial phase where we equip our fellows with the enabling conditions they need to enhance their ability to deliver on Season 1 outcomes such that their Chapters are in green.
Kickstart LC mobilization T-12 days prior to the event to ensure 100% turn up.
Curate a holistic LC Experience plan that compliments the overall LC agenda (TBU) T-7 days prior to the event and share it in your learning cicles. (A fun theme goes a long way! )
Finalize Facilitators & owners for different components of the LC T-7 days prior & prepare for the Sessions.
Procure the required resources T-2 days before & conduct the Dry Run T-1 day prior to the event.
Fellows are excited & ready to kickstart their role and have a sense of clarity with respect to their roles and responsibilities.
Fellows are able to organize volunteers, hold culture & meet all the S1 outcomes in their respective circles.
Fellows are in alignment with the organization’s vision and the Team of team operating model and can articulate and represent MAD both internally and externally.
Fellows & Volunteers are able to start tracking data for Classes June W2 onwards.
Minimum intervention required by a PM or FTE to run projects in the City.
Fellows feel connected and have a strong relationship with their co-fellows, CTL & CO.
