The Volunteer Coach & Watch program is designed to ensure that the volunteers are inspired, makes them more consistent and motivates them to take ownership towards their Chapter
¶ 📈Key Results
¶ This is how you are measuring success!
- 80% of the volunteers are consistent (in positive credits)📈
- Less than 20% mid-year attrition of volunteers in each chapter 📉
- 100% of volunteers receive one coaching call every 2 months 📞
- 45% volunteers turn up for YEC 👫👬👭
- 30% of Volunteers retained by end of the year 🔛
¶ 🔒Non-negotiables
🔴 Important: These are the non-negotiables that must be upheld for the project to succeed.
Non-negotiable 1: One on one conversations to be conducted atleast once in every 2 months with all volunteers
