¶ ✅What Does a Well Onboarded Volunteer Look like?
- Has strong clarity on MAD’s mission, vision, purpose, and the problem we are solving.
- Clearly understands their role, time commitment, and expectations.
- Has clearly understood and signed the child protection policy & code of conduct.
- Understands what effective mentoring looks like in practice
- Feels confident and equipped to begin their Volunteering Journey
- Feels a strong sense of belonging, connection, and identity as a MAD Volunteer

1.📝 All the recruited volunteers sign the CPP & Code of Conduct. 3. 🤝 Do NOT forget to Share the Welcome kit with your volunteers on the first week of them being recruited, before their first session, for them to feel welcomed & be equipped! 💐 4. Make sure all your volunteers are on our Insta Closed Community page mad.leaders.25 5. 👩🏫 Work with your Session Commencement Captains to ensure all volunteers go through Campus Cloud self Onboarding [Shared through welcome kit] during first Zero Hour [If they haven't already after receiving the welcome kit].
