Non-negotiable 1: The standard volunteer to child ratio is 2:5. Recruit accordingly.
Non-negotiable 2: RSVP is sent out to applicants 7 days before the recruitment workshop to avoid any dropouts.
Non-negotiable 3: Selected volunteers are allocated to class sections on the same day of the Recruitment Workshop.
Non-negotiable 4: Platform Commons to be used for creating events, RSVP, Evaluation and attendance. Don't use sheets and keep the data to yourselves.

๐ Review the child and youth count updated on PC and this will give you the volunteer requirement in your chapter and centers.
โEnsure exit calls are given by the Volunteer Coach & Watch team to inactive continuing volunteers and update on platform commons. This will give you the final volunteer requirement.
