Non-negotiable 1: The standard volunteer to child ratio is 2:5. Recruit accordingly.
Non-negotiable 2: RSVP is sent out to applicants 7 days before the recruitment workshop to avoid any dropouts.
Non-negotiable 3: Selected volunteers are allocated to class sections on the same day of the Recruitment Workshop.
Non-negotiable 4: Platform Commons to be used for creating events, RSVP, Evaluation and attendance. Avoid personal sheets and forms.
