- Zero Hour Planning All Circle Fellows should prepare detailed Zero Hour plans for the four weeks following the City Circle, aligned with the city’s fundraising targets. Use this guide to conduct an EPIC war room. Each plan should include key focus areas: conversions, follow-ups, and engagement strategies. - Use the Coach Toolkit Refer to the coach toolkit for all relevant collaterals, templates, and activity ideas to support Zero Hour execution and volunteer engagement. - Convert Pledges into Action Circle Fellows must actively convert pledges made during City Circle 2 into donations during Zero Hour. Track progress and ensure follow-through on the plan of action developed during the event. - Keep Morale High Introduce creative appreciation and engagement ideas to keep volunteers motivated each week. Celebrate small wins, share impact stories, and recognize consistent effort to sustain enthusiasm throughout the phase. - Chapter-Level Mobilisation Chapter teams should design and host fun, competitive activities between circles to encourage healthy competition and drive overall mobilisation across the city. - Ensure Data Accuracy All foreign donations must be manually added into the system by volunteers to ensure accurate tracking and compliance. |

Check out other successful on-ground campaigns for inspiration — adapt activities that fit your city’s context (e.g., local awareness drives, small meetups, or creative fundraising booths). - Engage and Retain Donors Collect feedback from donors to understand their experience and strengthen relationships.
