In Season 2, our focus will be on sustaining our chapters operations by building a strong volunteer community and ensuring our children and youth receive consistent support week on week. It will also mean bringing new partnerships, collaborations, and mobilizing resources. These efforts are crucial for the continued growth of our chapter and for ensuring that we can meet the needs of the children we serve. This season is dedicated to building a strong, supportive community around these children, enabling us to make a lasting impact year after year.

¶ Fellow Leadership Circle 2.0
The Leadership Conference, a 1-2 day hybrid event conducted at the start of each season to help Fellows, CHOs, and COs build connections, gain essential knowledge, skills, and the right mindset to kickstart the new season, and achieve their chapter’s outcomes. The first fellow freeze of the season is where we gather for LC.
