In Season 3, our focus is to expand MAD's impact & set the Chapter's foundation's for the next year. This includes finding & setting up the Leadership team for the next year, mobilizing resources to make the Chapter sustainable not just for this but also the upcoming year & inspiring the best MADsters to continue their support next year.

- Maintaining 100% volunteer requirement met
- 100% sessions conducted
- 80% volunteers in positive credits
- <15% volunteer attrition
- 100% chapter cost met by Jan’25
- 100% Fellow requirement met by March end for 2025-26
- 100% Schools & Centers retained by April 2025

¶ Fellow Leadership Circle 3.0
The Leadership Conference, a 1-2 day hybrid event conducted at the start of each season to help Fellows, CHOs, and COs build connections, gain essential knowledge, skills, and the right mindset to kickstart the new season, and achieve their chapter’s outcomes. The first fellow freeze of the season is where we gather for LC.
